Program Meeting

Radical Recruiting and Retention, Strategies, Systems and Smarts to Build a VIBRANT Culture followed by a Building a Vibrant Workplace Culture Workshop
Presented by Nicole Greer
The number one and number two issues of concern on the 2026 HR Trends Report are #1 Recruiting and #2 Providing Great Employee Experiences (This is employee retention!)
Time is of the essence! In this session, Nicole Greer will provide actionable, applicable strategies, systems, and smarts you can apply to your workplace now!
As HR professionals, we know everything rises and falls on the quality of the people doing the work. Recruitment and retention are reflections of different sides of the same employee value proposition coin. Organizations that fail to reinvent their approach to attracting and retaining talent by focusing on candidate and employee experience risk turnover, vacancies, and lost opportunities that can negatively impact the bottom line.
The success of our business is dependent on HR Strategy. Join us for a rich content presentation with tools, techniques and learning.
Immediately following the program meeting, join us for a 90-minute workshop on Building a Vibrant Workplace Culture, also presented by Nicole Greer. Discover how to shape an engaging, high-performing workplace culture with practical strategies to energize teams, foster leadership, and strengthen organizational values.
This workshop is designed to equip HR professionals with actionable tools for leadership, engagement, and culture-building. Expect energy, stories, science-backed strategies, and tools you can use right away!
Join us for one event or make the most of the day and attend both!
