Membership Benefits

• Program meetings are eligible for PDC's from SHRM and recertification credits from HRCI.
• Cost of program meeting is $10 for student, $30 for member, and $50 for guest and includes meal (when in person).
• Members can save by pre-paying for program meetings on a yearly basis.
• Program meetings are typically the 3rd Wednesday of most months, except for June and December.
• Periodically, we will offer a few virtual sessions throughout the year to bring in a variety of speakers from across our region.

The HR Exchange - New in 2026

• The HR Exchanges are eligible for PDC's from SHRM and recertification credits from HRCI
• Cost of HR Exchanges are $10 for student, $18 for member, and $35 for guests.
• The HR Exchanges will be held once each quarter and will include some virtual options.
• The four focused Exchanges will replace Learning Labs, providing greater depth, higher value, and increased flexibility while combining professional development and community in a single format.

Employment Law and Practices Seminar

• This seminar offers updates on the latest HR and employment law developments from local legal professionals, helping organizations stay informed and compliant.
• This event is typically held annually on the first Thursday in November.
• Eligible for PDC's from SHRM for SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, recertification credits for PHR, SPHR, and GPHR from HRCI and OBA MCLE for attorneys.

Annual Supervisor Training

• This annual training provides education for supervisors on the legal risks involved in managing employees, helping organizations reduce exposure. 

SHRM Certification Preparation

• Access to deeply discounted SHRM Learning System materials and study opportunities.

Biennial Return on Inclusion Summit
